Sugam Sangeet is a lighter form of Gujarati music, in this genre, one gets to see a great combination of feelings and poetry and is very famous amongst Gujaratis not only in India but in other countries which keep them connected to their roots. All emotions and rituals performed by Gujaratis for years are created into poetry and thus given music, which makes it more relatable to Gujaratis.
